Project Summary
The contemporary conversion of an existing steading and bothy on the outskirts of Newburgh has obtained planning. The site comprises of a large traditional steading which is currently surrounded by redundant agricultural buildings and a small stone bothy.
The scheme consists of 4no. dwellings and is a mix of new build and vernacular renovations. The unique development combines high quality design and sustainable build solutions to provide family homes.
