Proposed work to convert an impressive steading at Auchnieve has obtained planning permission. The building, which is situated within an existing group, will be divided to create two new dwellings and a business unit, all with views of the surrounding countryside. The design for the central living space in the dwelling incorporates an internal walkway through a void which leads to a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.
